I came across your December 2018 article [Who Is the Patient Advocate? PSQH] and I wanted to reach out to you and thank you for one of the most well-written and spot-on pieces I’ve ever read on the topic of independent patient advocacy.  I really give you a lot of credit for understanding the profession and covering the entire realm of the services these advocates offer.  

Nice job capturing the essence of what we do. You have provided advocates and the public with convincing affirmation that patient advocates can save lives and prevent medical errors.  Great article.
